5.2 magnitude earthquake rocks Trinidad and Tobago

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 was felt in sections of the twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday afternoon.

According to the University of the West Indies (UWI) Seismic Research Centre, the quake, with a depth of 55 km, was felt at 2:33 p.m. (local time).

The tremor was also felt in sections of Venezuela and Grenada.

So far, there have been no reports of damage or injuries.
